Q2 2024 Android Performance of Top Merge Games in the US

Merge games continue to capture the imagination of mobile gamers, and the second quarter of 2024 has seen some interesting trends among the top games in this category on Android in the United States. Here's a snapshot of how five popular titles fared, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Travel Town - Merge Adventure by Magmatic Games LTD saw its revenue fluctuate, peaking at around $45K in mid-June before settling to about $42K by the end of the quarter. Downloads hit a high of 12K in mid-April but gradually decreased to 7.6K. Weekly active users grew to 35K in late April, with a slight drop to around 33K by the quarter's end.

Gossip Harbor: Merge & Story from Microfun Limited displayed a revenue rise, ending the quarter at approximately $25K. Downloads saw an initial increase to 6.2K in mid-April but later dipped to 3.8K. The game's weekly active users showed a positive trend, increasing from 39K to 46K during the quarter.

Evolution Merge - Eat and Grow, published by SayGames Ltd, had no revenue to report but witnessed a decline in downloads from nearly 5K to about 2.7K. The game's weekly active users started strong at 14K but dropped to just under 11K by the end of Q2.

Cubes Control, also by SayGames Ltd, followed a similar pattern with no revenue and downloads decreasing from 2.3K to around 3K. However, its weekly active users experienced an upward trend, starting at 8K and rising to approximately 9.6K.

Lastly, Idle Racer — Tap, Merge & Race by CASUAL AZUR GAMES, despite not generating revenue, saw a gradual increase in both downloads, from 2.8K to 3.6K, and weekly active users, from an impressive 49K to over 56K by the quarter's close.
